The Challenge

This eminent fitness-based platform was on the lookout for deeply engaging community interactions for a base of 50K concurrent users. While the app relied on a 3rd party messaging service for fitness interactions, sharing fitness plans, nutrition tips, etc. But, quite a few roadblocks constantly disrupted the seamless flow of trainer-user conversations. Furthermore, our client was keen on scaling up their subscriber base by integrating interactive functionalities through powerful Video, Voice & Chat features on Android, Web, iOS.

The Solution
