Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your trial anytime before the 15-day period ends. If needed, you may request an extension.
- If you choose not to continue after the trial, you can discontinue usage without any charges.
- Paid subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period but will not renew.
- Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles. Access to SDKs and services will be revoked after your subscription period expires.
Refund Policy
- Since customers can download and integrate our SDKs/UI Kits before purchasing, we do not offer refunds for any payments made.
- After subscribing, customers can continue using the service until the end of the current subscription period, even if they cancel.
- If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance before considering cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial usage or unused subscription duration.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
- Incompatibility with the user’s system (unless there was a misrepresentation of specifications).
- Refund requests made beyond the eligible period.
Exceptions
- Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate charges or fraudulent transactions if requested within 7 days with proof of payment.
- If a critical defect prevents the software from functioning and cannot be resolved, a refund or replacement may be provided.
