For instance, we collect and store your email address and phone number associated with your account to manage our services to you. Apart from this, access to certain features that are exclusive and optional, requires us to collect additional information from you. At this point, we will notify you of such a collection, when you choose to provide us with the data.

• Your Contacts and Connections - When you use our Contact Sync feature, it permits us to synchronize your contacts that use our services, stored within your device. The data sync will take place on a regular basis if opted by you to perform it periodically. However, if your contacts do not use our services, we will not collect any of their respective details.
• Your Status Information - You may provide us with your status if you choose to include one on your profile.

• Support and Other Required Communication - We may record your interaction with our sales and customer support professionals to improve our service to you and other customers.MirrorFly will document the details on your contact information for follow-ups if needed and the conversation threads of the support session.

Information that we automatically collect from you

• Device and Connection Related data - When you install and access our products/ services, we collect the information related to your device and network connection. The details include operating system information, hardware model, signal strength, and app version.
• Location data - We collect and track your location data through your device when your permit access to our location features. This helps us map your location for our records, to improve customization opportunities. You may disable your mobile application's access to this data anytime if you prefer not to share your geographical details.
• Usage And Log Information - When you use our service, we collect information on your activity to keep a track of your interaction, feature preferences, duration, and frequency of usage to refine your experience with us. We may also log the performance, diagnostic and crash reports to optimize our products and services for you.
• User Reports - To keep your experience sane and safe, we maintain a record of the users you've reported to us. Likewise, we also collect your interactions that are reported by other users or third parties. To get into the details of the report, we collect information on both the reporting user and the reported user.

  Account Deletion: If you feel that you might need to take a break from the app, you can delete your account from the privacy settings of your main menu.

• Edit Basic Information - If you prefer to change your basic details like your profile name, and mobile phone number, you can do that easily with this option. For instance, if you want to change the mobile phone number associated with your account, then you can utilize our in-app change number feature and transfer all your data to your new mobile number without any data loss.
• Delete Your MirrorFly Account - We respect your choice of stay or service termination with us. Thereby, if you want to delete your MirrorFly account, you may use our in-app delete my account feature.

Note: When you delete your MirrorFly account, all your information including undelivered messages will get deleted from our server. However, deleting your MirrorFly account will not impact the information that you have shared with other users or groups.

We strongly comply with the data security standards to demonstrate our assurance and commitment to information management practices. We understand the need for data protection and management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us and so we strive to protect your online privacy with our fullest efforts.
