Error codes

SDK has the following error codes. The error codes are of six-digit integers beginning with 100.

Code	Description
100601	The provided call link is not a valid one.
100602	The call has been ended already.
100603	The maximum participants are already in the call.
100605	An internal server error has occurred.
100606	Mic permission denied.
100607	Camera permission denied.
100608	Both mic and camera permission denied.
100610	Call server encounters an unexpected exception while trying to process the request.
100611	Failed to connect to call server.
100612	Failed to create call room.
100613	Failed to join call room.
100620	Signalling server encounters an unexpected exception while trying to process the request.
100630	Messaging server encounters an unexpected exception while trying to process the request.
100631	Messaging server timed out. The request took too long to receive a response.
